Full in Moon in Gemini (Vedic/Sidereal)
Welcome to this Heartscaping meditation under the Full Moon in Gemini (Vedic system)
Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac, which aligns with the actual positions of constellations in the sky. In other words, if you were to look at a star tracking app on your phone, you would see that this Full Moon is in the constellation of Gemini (not Cancer, as according to western astrology)

This is a time to embrace the duality, that exists within you, and access clarity and connection. Under this luminous moon, we honour the energy of Gemini—the curious mind, the playful communicator, and the seeker of balance between light and shadow. Gemini being an air sign, we are going to work with the breath throughout this meditation.
