Intention setting and guided journaling practice
Guided Breathwork Session.
Nourishing food with custom blended herbal teas

Led by an experienced facilitator, Chamonix Higginson will guide you through deep, intentional breathing techniques. This practice is known to help release stored emotions, reduce stress, and bring about a profound sense of clarity and peace.

Gather in a safe and inclusive space, sharing intentions, and supporting each other’s journeys. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect and build community and connection.
