WEEK 1: PRESENCE
Discover the difference between mindfulness and meditation and how to bring both practices into your life, no matter how busy you are!
WEEK 2: SELF LOVE
Discover why and how the world got in the way of you self esteem and how to claim it back with loving compassion.
WEEK 3: APPRECIATION
Understand what is blocking you from truly basking in gratitude and how to realise any guilt and shame to embrace all the joy that is available to you.
WEEK 4: TRUST
Give yourself permission to release the illusion of control and receive what is available to you.

How much time will it take to complete the course
This program is all about efficiency… I have cut out all the fluff so we get right down to the essentials- I recommend one hour per week but this can be broken down into 15min slots. The idea is that I guide you through every step, we do it together and in the most efficient way.
Do I have to show up live?
No, everything is recorded for you to access whenever works for you and come back to the resources when you need.
What level of experience do I need to get the most out of this course?
This program is suitable for all levels. If you are a beginner, welcome. If you are experienced in any type of mindful practice, you will know that having a beginners mindset is crucial to our growth and coming back to basics is so very essential!
What if I can’t fit this into my schedule?
This content is specifically designed for busy people and broken down in bite-size resources to support you at any point, particularly during busy periods.
You will receive life-time access to this content and all updates so you can come back anytime (I highly recommend coming back when life gets busy and you need support)
